Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

After suffering a brain aneurysm last year, my husband was recently told he needs a conservator or guardian to assist with legal, financial and medical decisions. We are going through the process of filing for/preparing for an amicable divorce. Given my husband's medical condition, I am asking for full legal and physical custody- 3X weekly visits with my husband. Will the person appointed guardian have any rights or say when it comes to custody of our child?

Yes, but given your husband's condition it should not be an issue.
