support

If the mom has a pending disability case from a bone disease in the knees and a lump in the back and lack of range of motion in a hip and is unable to work will this be frowned upong by a judge? The mother is engaged and her fiancee who lives with her and the children contributes much more then support from the ex is it alright that she is unable to work?
