supporting child abroad

I have a child in brasil. I have alway`s suppoted her from before birth till now.Over $ 11,000 in three years.now being sued there for a ridiculous amount.how can a brasilian judge know my ability to pay and is it enforceable here?

The jurisdiction over the child and the support is where the child legally resides.

Unfortunately, you probably going to have to get an attorney in the locality where the action is being litigated.
