Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

my ex is taking me to court to modify child support. he is collecting unemployment he works only during the summer, so he is posting on his facebook he is looking for cash work. even stated he is collecting unemployment that is why he is looking for cash work he also plows all winter but under the table. should I print these out and show them to the judge? will this help my case in anyway??

I would print them out and at least use them for leverage in negotiations. If the judge hears evidence of tax fraud, it MUST be reported to the IRS.
