As a previous answer stated, you have the right to seek a modification. However, be aware that there is a standard that must be met. Generally you must show that there has been a material change in circumstances to allow a modification. I would suggest contacting an attorney. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation.

Retain an attorney to file a complaint for modification which requires you prove a material change in circumstances. Good Luck and Happy New Year.

You have the right to seek a modification. The final determination would be the court's, if an agreement cannot be made.
