Help with Teen

I have a teen daughter and she is seventeen years old, and her birthday is Oct.3. Every since she got involved with her boyfriend, she has misbehaving and not going to school. She has 2 days before they drop her off the roster. I am a single mom and I don't know what to do. I was thinking about giving her a emanstapation, but hear it takes up to 6 months to a year and by then she will already be 18. what do I do?

You could consider seeking a Child in Need of Services Petition/Complaint (CHINS) at your local District Court Clerk's Office. Good Luck!
