Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have a temp. court order concerning my 11yr old child I have shared custody the order states I have her for a certain amout of time & so on. My question is would it be legal & in my best interest to let my daughter spend an extra night at her fathers house she has an event she would like to attend?

Yes, It is fine to temporarily deviate from the Temporary Order if both parties agree. I suggest you confirm with Father via email that this is a one time event because of your daughter's event. Divorces that are amicable are in the best interests of children.
