my ex got temp custody of our daughter an he has 2 felonys an a open drug case how can the judge do that

Judges can do what they beleive is in the best interest of the child--there are not enough facts to determine why the judge made his decision but you can always fight it-hire an attorney and discuss your legal rights-774-745-0562
