time share divorce
We have a mortgage on a time share and have filed for divorce. Is he obligated to pay 1/2? Will a judge order him to?

The debts and assets will be allocated by the court, unless you reach an agreement. There is no reason to believe this will not be included.

Re: time share divorce
Both parties will fill out "financial statements" listing all the assets and debts of the parties. If the matter does not settle, the court will divide the debts and assets in the manner that the court deems fair after receiving the circumstances and hearing evidence.
