We have been told we have to pay half of college without even being in the loop, no discussion! We have never missed a child support payment! She is 18 and has chosen a very expensive school, my wife is diabled and we have another child, what do we do?

An accurate accounting of your options depends on what you mean by "we have been told"? If you are referring to a court order/judgment which states what portion of your child's college expenses you will be responsible for, than you will have to move forward with a Complaint for Modification in the appropriate County Family Court.
