Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I have twin 12 yr old boys, whos father does not do anything for them the pays 48 dollers of child support and complains about it. He sees the boys almost every weekend. He has a long record, he is always dirnking, smoking weed, and doing coke. sometimes he completely disapoints the boys. He has been living with other people for the past 3 yrs. He is now saying that when the boys turn 15 or 16 that he was taking the boys from me. I told him he would have to take me to court. My boys are in ssi for developmental delay and i figure he just want to take the boys for their money, and they would be old enough to work so they can give him money. he has even threatedn to kill me to get custody. is there any measures that i can take even though the boys will be teenagers where i can prevent them from moving to theri dads if the does try to take them form me, because my major concern is that they will go down the same road as their dad and throw their lives away.

Retain an attorney to file an action for support, custody and visitation to get enfocible court orders regarding each of these issues. Good Luck!
