unfair and what may be done

Woman states false allagations of abuse in household, for the sole reason to enforce a negative image on the man, who which has a five year old bilogical child with her, what can be done ?? been to court say just wait for trial, i dont want to wait i have done nothing wrong, all statementsare unsubstansiated, what may I do ? No criminal record nor ever involved negativily with the law. What could be carried out to her for perjury in this case?

Unfair is not a legal issue. While sad, lying is all too common, and most courts reflexively weigh it as an issue of credibility and move on. There may be some legal remedies, but unfortunately few, which you need to share and disccuss with an attorney.
