Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

unmarried 17 years, 3 children Help

I've been with the same man for 17 yrs (Unmarried). Together we have 3 children. 4 years ago he purchase a home for us. This past september he informed me that he has had a change of heart, no longer loves me and wanted out. He turned 37 this november. To my surprise I had asked that we attept to work this out together. I have recently found out that he has met a woman on line and has been taking off for the weekend out of state to be with her, who is also married with a family. This leaves me with 3 crying kids and my own emotions. I love him and think that this may be a mid life crisis of some sort. What rights do I have regarding the house, the income, palamony, child support, alienation of affection, breach of promise to marry. I have the diamond and the wedding band, fully engraved by him. We are know to all of our friends and family as MARRIED. I have access to everything, home mortgage, credit cards... because he has given permission for these companies to talk to me. I hate having to think like this but I need to protect my children. All suggestions are appreciated

Thank you!
