Unwed laws

I purchased a house with my husband over 15yrs ago. we divorced and i got the house. a few years later i had my boyfriend move in and and he remorgage and put his name on the house. because my credit was not that great we have a 9 yr old son together and i have 3 from my first marrage. what are my chacese of keeping the house.

Are you saying that you transferred title to the house from you to your boyfriend?

If that is the case, then it appears that your boyfriend owns the house and is responsible for the mortgage loan.

You are unclear.

If you received the house as a result of a divorce judgment, it is yours. You alone should have your name on the deed.

Now you added your boyfriend's name to the deed, and remortgaged.

You have not provided any facts regarding the issue related to keeping your house???
