Violation of court documents

My son father is violting court orders. I just want him to take care of our son while i'am at work. He black mails me. If i take him to court, i afaird he never going to take care of my son while iam at work. I need my job and i can't miss work. I don't get paid when i miss work. I have no family here that can take care of my son.
