Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Violation of seperation agreement

I have been divorced since Sept. 2006. My ex and I had 2 pieces of property in my name. The agreement stated that she was to get one, I get the other. This past Sept, she stopped making payments. I took her to court (Dec 2006) for contempt but due to the wording of the original agreement, they said she did nothing wrong. Instead, an addendum to agreement was written up. Now she is clearly in violation of this agreement (not making payments, affecting my credit). How long should I wait before filing another contempt claim?
