My boyfriend and son were playing rough and he got bruised and my X got children services involved. they investigated and determined they were just playing to rough now my X thinks it is a reason to pervent him from seeing my boyfriend. Can I take him to court so he can see my boyfriend??

Re: Visitation
Unless there is a court order existing now saying otherwise, your son can see your boyfriend. If your ex is denying you time with your son unless you promise to keep your boyfriend away, that is not appropriate and you can go to court on a contempt for failure to provide you with your parenting time. DSS did not find anything wrong, so there shouldn't be a problem. Tell your X to calm down and that you will go to court if you must. The point is, you are the one with the right to see your son. While he is with you, you may expose him to others, as long has his safety is not endangered.
