visitation of child
father says 2 times he can not pick up child.wants his mother to.She is changing schedule,allthe time,since 1 no show,for father pickup

Visitation is the father's right, and transportation usually his obligation. If he cannot do it for realistic reasons (e.g., work schedule), his reasonable designated driver must be as punctual as he must be.
This sounds like a situation to bring to the court's attention via appropriate complaint. The terms of visitation are falling apart, and need to be crystallized, preferably in an agreement that becomes an order of the court.
