Visitation

My daughter is 3 years old and she does not want to go with her father anymore for visitation what should I do? Should we force it?

There are alot of things three year olds do not want to do... however, absent 'good cause', a three year old doesn't get to set their own schedule. Unless the court changes the visitation schedule, failure to abide by it will subject you to being held in contempt... at a minimum, the father will file a contempt motion and you will end up having to pay for his lawyer, and the finding of contempt will be an issue every time you go back to court.
