Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Visitation

My exhusband has every other weekend visits. He has since moved to FLA we live in Mass. It has been recently discovered that on her last visit with him. 8/20 / 8/27 he allowed her to take RX pain meds, drink alcohol and smoke marijuanna. I would like to stop all contact with him and bring charges against him for the damage he has caused. He is now encouraging my child to run away so she can live with him. She has enlisted the help of a friends father which also seems to be way out of line on his part. What should I do?
