visitation in hospital

My boyfriend is going through a divorce. Can his soon to be ex-wife keep me from seeing him in the hospital?

You might have a hard time going in to see your boyfriend if he was to be hospitalized because you are not immediate family nor are you authorized.

You and your boyfriend should do some estate planning in conjunction with the divorce. If he doesn't have a divorce attorney or if his divorce attorney does not do estate planning, feel free to give me a call. Proper estate planning can solve your problem.
