Do I have the right to revoke my son's father visitations?

No. You can petition the court to modify or revoke visitation, however, if you do this without the court's permission, it can be used against you.

Re: Visitation revocation?

Assuming a visitation order is in effect, you must file for a modification or some other action to get the court's permission.

Doing this on your own can cause you to face a contempt action and possibly a criminal charge.

If you have evidence that supports your position, then file such an action. If it is urgent, you can request a remedy right away.
