Wanting to Move for a better life for Kids

My sister lives in Mass. She and her Boyfriend split up. they have 2 kids. she has custody. She cannot get a job there and she wants to move back to Fla where she has a job and apt waiting for her. She doesn't think the courts will allow her to move.

Massachusetts law provides for relocation when in the childs best interest. She should contact an attorney. Good luck.
