Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Wife cheated, verbally agreed in FEB to give me custody, agreed again in 1st mediation. Rented condo/enorlled in new school for next year..ect based on agreement. 2nd mediation agreed to custody +$200 a mo support. Sent text said would not sign final sep agreement unless support is lowered to $100 a mo, and would try to get custody. Extortion? or just classless?

It is not extortion. Child support is based on the current guidelines, so if the $100 wk is not close enough to the guidelines the court may not approve it.
I assume you have an attorney, he should be able to get this resolved.
