Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

hello . me and my wife are having a hard time with her daughter . my stepdaughter . she is 19 and has a 2 and a 5 month old boys . her and the kids and her boy friend live with us. she is a immature kid who has the kids out until 12 -3am in morning , her boyfriend doesnt feed and change them when he is home on his off days. me and my wife watch them monday thru thrusday .because she goes for her ged. but as on right know the kids have been gone for 2 days . and she called her mother a fucking bitch . i can do what ever . how do i go about getting custody of the kids for me and my wife . so the two boys have a good life.

In order to gain legal guardianship over your step grandchildren, you would have to file a petition for guardianship with the appropriate family and probate county court.
