my wife says she is leaving me she has a perfectly good vehicle but wants a new one she is having someone else co-sign for it will i be responsible for it when we go to court for our divorce

It will be a matter of negotiation. It is not necessarily a requirement that you are responsible for the payments on her car.

The issues will be about division of assets, child support and alimony depending upon how long you have been married.
