Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
my wife had taken out a temp. restraining order for 30 days 5 yrs ago,after which we reconciled and and have been together since just celebrating our 29th anniversary.is it possible to have this removed from my record? there was no violence involved nor arrests of either party. thank you

You need to hire an attorney and seek to expunge your record. I can recommend someone if you need a referral. I do not do that kind of work.
