Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
wills and divorce
I am recently divorced, all properties have been divided. I have a will. It is my understanding the x wife, although in the will, per MASS law, those provisions in the
will are vided because of the divorce.

Regardless of the Divorce, it would be in your best interest to have a new Will executed ASAP.

You are correct in thinking that the will is read as though the former spouse had predeceased you.
However, I agree with attorney Roth that you are better off revisiting your estate plan and drawing up a new will following this important life event.
