withdraw a contempt

Hi,

I filed a contempt against my ex for violating a term in the separation agreement. Right after he received the complaint he complied with the term.

How do I withdraw the contempt?

Rule 41(a) covers the Notice of voluntary dismissal. It can be located online under Massachusetts Rules of Domestic Relations Procedure" in a search engine. It allows you to dismiss "without prejudice, in case the compliance is short-lived and you have to re-file.
