witholding information

Court says, ex-wife gives me quartly uninsured medical recipts, which I pay half. Fine. What do I do when she witholds the recipts and is now trying for Contempt for failure of payments?

You should request receipts or copies of receipts in writing from your ex-wife, and then pay them. If she refuses to send you receipts, it will be hard for her to demonstrate that you are in contempt for non-payment.
