Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Worcester Probate court (Massachusetts) got the year wrong on the last child support order after trial last October, and vacated child support owed to me by mother. I am now stuck with a $10K bill from DOR due to the court's mistake, and the Judge waved child support arrears owed to me. DOR levyed my and my kids' bank accounts- knowing that the support owed is in dispute. I asked the court to correct the obvious mistake, and was directed to file a motion for reconsideration of judgment. I did so and it's been over a week and still haven't heard from the court. I want to sue the state/court for damages. If there are any attorneys out there that see this willing to take on the court please contact me [email protected]

You can't sue the court for damages. If you filed a Motion for reconsideration, you need to ask for a hearing date. Call the court and request a hearing date ASAP.
If you are correct, the court should alter its mistake. Good luck.
