I am not surprised that you haven't received a response yet.
Preparing a pretrial memorandum will generally consist of the following, but you have probably been instructed specifically on what this court is looking for in a pretrial order.
1. Statement of agreed-upon facts;
2. Statement of the case to be read to jury;
3. Novel legal issues;
4. Exhibits to be introduced at trial;
5. Anticipated pretrial motions
Don't try to do this alone - especially if the outcome is important to you. Retain counsel if you can and get this right the first time.
