Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Ok yesterday i asked this question is it legal for a dss worker to follow you around a super market then when you return home them to show up to your place of living to remove the children from the home but now i would pleas like to explain the whole subject now here is what i could use some help on i have a friend that is a level 3 sex offender he is never left around my children alone he is allowed around childred as long as he is supervised which he was all the time he lived with me my wife for two months untill dss found out and made him leave he left no problem but he did visit me once in a while but was never around my children alone ever now dss is saying that i put my children in danger now let me explain i know every single detail to my friends sex offender chargeres and i really dont think he did what they said he did cuz none of there storys they have match up but he pled guilty now here is my delema my children were taken from my home yester day be cause they saw me shoping with this friend
