Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

yesterday, i asked:

i did not have an attorney for my divorce in 2003, i did not know that i could have had my child support order reduced by 1/2 the weekly cost of health care. is this too late to address?

in addition, can that be retroactive or is it just on the go-forward?

and i agree....this time i will get legal representation!

The Court may modify any child support order retroactively to the date the Complaint for Modification is filed. Best not to delay.
