Family Medical leave.
If a pregnant employee is injured at
work and is unable to work full time as
a result of the injury during the
pregnancy, can an employer deny that
employee a leave for Maternity under
the FMLA

I would need to understand the facts better but generally if your injury amounts to a serious haalth condition and you meet the other requirements of FMLA you may be entitled to obtain up to 12 weeks of FMLA leave
