Legal Question in Medical Leave in Massachusetts

leave for medical appointments

my spouse has breast cancer and my employer is not allowing me to take any more time to bring her for her appointments. She is scheduled for a masectomy and I need to be there with her. Is there anything that I can do to go to this appointment and not jeopardize my job?
