How to beat a false restraining order that was filed by a person that you I have
Myself and my girlfriend have been give a restraining order by my girlfriend Ex-roomate. My girlfriend and her were living together and the plaintiff stole $500 which a police report was filed, but nothing came of it. My girlfriend moved out and their lease was broken, the girl was mad and to get back filed a restraining order on my girlfriend and myself. The girl is heavily medicated has been covicted of shoplifting, fired from a college RA-ship for mental instability, along with many other taints. The judge ordered a temporary 3 month restraing order to give the girl a chance to prove facts that we were endangering her. Three months later from the first date, myself and girlfriend attended court without representation and the plaintiff made many false accusations of harassment by traced phone calls to payphones, and vandalization of her car.

The matter may be dismissed on procedural grounds since there is a narrow class of people who can seek a restraining order; here it does appear that the room mate fits teh category.
