Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

My car keys were stolen from my jacket at a local health club and purse stolen from trunk. Video shows a woman entering gym and never asked for card of photo , this person was seen entering locker room and exiting a few minutes later. This gym fails to ask for Id can I do anything
