Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

A car on my street has an alarm that goes off all the time, at all hours of the night, constantly, it continues for 15- 20 min. Sometimes several times a day and night. It has been a solid year now since she moved here and we (surrounding homes) are tired of it.

What can we legally do about it?

We live in Boston, MA.

Have you advised her of this and asked her to stop it and also

First report it to the towns police

If necessary you can file a lawsuit seeking an court order to stop this as it affects you
