CARIMy Brother Bought My Grandmothers House 2 Years Back My Grandmother did'nt Want anyone to know my aunt found out & now is trying to sue my brother. accusing him of taking advantage of her. His Deal with her was she could live there until she dies he would take care of all repairs etc. They agreed on a price . everything was ok until my aunt found out he was the owner . I beleive she has brain washed my grandmother into beleiving he did her wrong my grandmother is 91 years old & depends on my aunt for alot my aunt said she'd have nothing to do with my her if she didn't go along with going after my brother . My aunt has taken over 25.000 dollars in the past 2 years thru credit cards & loans she wont pay back & says she wont pay back unless my grandmother goes along i beleive my aunt is using this issue to get back at my brother my grandmother says shes capable of making her own decisions yet eveytime she does my aunt gets her to do things differently we need help now we are good people without knowledge we need someone who cares and is compasionate to our problem we are concerned my aunt is going to siphon all my grandmothers financial securuity shes horrible & manipulative I Beleive she is the abuser PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US

You may well have to go to probate court, and seek to have a guardian appointed to stop this bleeding.
