Re: Change A Title

You can buy any silly royal title you want. Your certificate of title will be worth nothing, however, unless it is actually given to you by a country with authority to vest it.

In addition, your title holds no water here, or anywhere else, as you must give up your American citizenship to give the title full effect.

Massachusetts law allows you to assume any name you would like so long as your doing so is not to defraud. If you want to be "King George Jones," you can probably get the Probate and Family Court to grant you an official name change.
