what happens in a civil law suit in which you lost by default because u never re
i lost a civil law suit by default which i never recieved a court date to appear,what happens if i dont have the money to pay?

go to court & check on what kind of service is claimed by the plaintiff; and see if you can file to remove the default.

Retain an attorney to determine if default can be removed since Plaintiff/ Judgment creditor can file a lien against your assets to collect the judgment.
