Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

no contact order

What would constitue getting a no contact order on someone. There is someone that sends harrasing letters and emials and has in the past left messages on my answering machine. How do i go about getting a no contact order on this person and does this behavior qyalify for one?

You should discuss all the issues of this case with an attorney. If it is a non-relative or someone you never had a dating relationship with, you likely will have to go to Superior Court to get a restraining order. If there conduct is severe enough, you may also be able to file harassment charges against them. Feel free to email me more details. Are there threats involved or are they just annoying?
