Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
Contracts between two minors
Is a written contract between two minors enforceable? Assume there was no duress, misrepresentation, or misunderstanding involved. Are there any cases in which this has been tested?

The general rule is that minors are below the age of contract.

Contracts of minors are voidable but not void in Massachusetts. Either minor can choose to void the agreement.
