Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
i am the cosigner of an auto loan, not the primary but have always paid the insurance, all payments, and repairs on the vehicle. my ex who is the primary wants to take the vehicle now, what options do i have where i hold complete payment history for the loan out of my own accounts and am on all the bill of sales?

If the car is under your ex's name, and it is part of a court order, you can do nothing.

You don't provide enough information to answer this question. What was the original agreement between you and your ex about this arrangement? Are both of you listed on the title as co-owners?
