Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts
I have created a google group to allow members of a non profit choral group to communicate with the group. One member is very negative when replying to posts. I would like to moderate her posts but she has indicated that she might sue if she is the only one moderated. Can she sue? This group is owned by me and I am not a member of the board. I do volunteer my services as librarian and member coordinator.

From what little information you've provided, I'm not sure what you mean by "moderating" her posts. If by that, however, you mean that you might delete some of her posts (rather than change the language in her posts, which might thereby misrepresent what she said), I don't see any basis upon which she could maintain a viable lawsuit against you for maintaining a virtual chat room for the members of a non-profit organization.
