Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

damaged bicycle

i parked my bike on a private fence and the landlord

damaged it while clipping the lock. there were no signs

saying NO BIKES ALLOWED and since i'm not a tenant

of the building i didn't know there was a no parking

policy. the bike is trashed. can i sue for the damage?

You could make a cliam in small claims court, saying that owner of property had right to remove bike, but not in a negligent manner. Gook Luck
