As a general rule, Massachusetts does not allow garnishment of wages. The biggest exception is child support.

If your individual is living here in Massachusetts, and has property here in Massachusetts, you will want to contact a Massachusetts attorney to assist you in collection. You may have to 'domesticate' your judgment here in Massachusetts in order to take further action. Please feel free to contact my office if you would like to discuss further. 617-357-4898.
