Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Looking for efficient, inexpensive local counsel in Springfield, Mass to serve a largely administrative local counsel role in commercial litigation involving a distributor and trademark license agreement.

Must be admitted to the D Mass federal district court.

Experience in applying the Mass UDTPA to franchise, distributor and license agreements is helpful, but not required.
