Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

my ex-girlfriend is pregnant with my child. she started a tattoo before she found out she was pregnant. she told the artist that she was pregnant, couldn't finish the tattoo. then they agreed to finish the tattoo even though he knew it was wrong, as long as she didn't say anything to anybody at the shop. do i have grounds to sue if she miscarries?

No. Even if she miscarries, only the mother has rights at this time. If you were married or if the fetus was viable, the answer could be different.
